macOS needs a separate permission for system audio. Open Diphony › Settings › Health Check; if "System audio" is not green, follow the button there — it takes you to the exact panel in System Settings.
That should not happen: Diphony keeps the microphone and the system audio as two
separate tracks, so attribution does not depend on guessing voices. If you do see it,
send us the session's transcribe.log (Settings › Health Check › Copy Report).
In the folder shown at Settings › Recordings folder. Each session is a plain folder with the audio and the transcript inside — nothing proprietary, nothing locked.
Open the paywall and press Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
That is the free plan: two sessions a day, up to 60 minutes each. The part recorded before the limit is kept and transcribed — nothing is lost. Pro removes both limits.
App Store › your account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; see the Terms of Use.
